The product itself is ok, but there are just a couple of things I would like to point out.
1. Customer service: although I have been happy in the past with their professionalism and thoroughness of responses, I can't help but rate their service as not good after the most recent conversations. Super "template answers" and you have to make the request at least 3-4 times before you get an answer actually tailored for you.
2. Product: it's quite intuitive, but the fact that it is unusable if a customer purchases with a different currency than your store makes it virtually unusable unless you sell to one market only.
3. Subscription plan: you have a 30-day free trial, and so far so good, after that you pay in increments based on the additional revenue the app generates for you + a fixed monthly fee no matter what happens. This is not at all clear when you subscribe. They will also continue to charge you the fixed even if you deactivate the app and remove it from your store... according to them the only way to not pay it is to message them and have them issue you a refund credit but only after you've paid (although a colleague once did it first, since it's the most intuitive thing to do).
Overall, I don't feel like recommending it now and I'm actively looking for an alternative. Maybe I will change my review in the future.

I am super happy with One click upsell! Their support is great, always helping me with different issues and always go the extra mile for me. Just what I needed!! I was reluctant to spend a few bucks to add another app to my simple shopify site, but it only took 5min to setup and it paid for itself within 3 days. I'm now way ahead of where I would have been otherwise. I asked for some guidance using the in app chat, and got answers within an hour which worked straight away
This is a pretty robust app that has definitely increased our sales. If you’re looking to increase your average order value, this is the one to do. The software works pretty seamlessly and I haven’t really needed support. I use post purchase upsells and pre-purchase up sells, and a really works seamlessly in the store.

One Click Upsell has definitely improved my website's UX; things make more sense now going down the funnel. In addition to that, the feature fit incredibly well with the rest of my website's theme. It feels like getting taxed. The usage fees are outrageous, 500 dollars + a month just for 10000 in revenue. Its insane, im moving to reconvert, i calculated it and they only have 150 in fees for the same amount of revenue.

We noticed you’re still using the app, and we’re glad to continue supporting your store. We also wanted to clarify a couple of things about our pricing to ensure there’s no confusion:
For stores generating $10K/month in upsell revenue, the correct tier is $399/month, and for those just under $10K, it’s $199/month. There are no additional usage fees beyond that. If you’re seeing different charges, we’d love to look into it with you to ensure everything is correct.
