I ran into some tough fulfillment issues using Zendrop — slow shipping from China, inconsistent product quality, and pricing or stock issues with items sourced from Amazon. These hiccups made it difficult to deliver a reliable customer experience, especially when you're just getting started.

To their credit, Zendrop’s support team stepped up after my initial review. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right. That effort matters.

They also offered a path forward: placing bulk orders (100+ units) that they can stock in their warehouse to reduce shipping times. While that’s not a solution for every seller, it does give growing stores more control as they scale.

There’s still room to improve on supplier reliability, but the platform itself is solid — and the support team clearly cares about your success.

The app itself is solid, and support is generally helpful — once you figure out how to bypass the chatbot to get real answers.

Where I’ve run into consistent issues is with the most important part: actually, receiving the products.

If you're sourcing from China to the U.S., expect long (sometimes endless) shipping times and zero quality control. I ordered four of the same item — one arrived completely different from the others.

You’ll also notice a lot of products sourced from Amazon. That sounds great in theory (faster delivery, local sourcing), but in practice, pricing often jumps right when you place the order, or the item is suddenly out of stock — sometimes both.

Ultimately, I’ve had to source products elsewhere just to fulfill orders and avoid disappointing customers.

I understand I’m not a high-volume store (yet), but you’ll never become one if you can’t reliably deliver what customers buy.

The team are always very helpful with my enquiries. There are many great products listed. Cheaper postage with the plans is great also.
My one thought is that it would be great if I could change the currency displayed. Everything is in USD, and I sell from Australia, so I need to convert the cost all the time.

Still learning about dropshipping and so far, so good with help from the Zendrop Customer Service. I am using different dropshipping portals and Zendrop is the best of far in comparison to the other portals. My only concern is that I hope Zendrop's product selection process could be better, but again I am having a pleasurable experience with this dropshipping portal.

I am very satisfied with Zndrop's customer service. They answer all my messages with courtesy; bravo. I would have given them 5 stars if there hadn't been a problem processing my order, but since they did a good job of finding the source of the problem, I was reassured.

I had two accounts, I didn't realise this until I was billed for a months subscription. I also has a yearly plus subscription. Kristia manages to sort it all out and refund me for the mistake I had made. fantastic Zendrop. I look forward to using you for the next year

I've been using Zendrop for about four months. Customer service did a good job helping me though the process of adding products to my store. Now adding products to my store is a piece of cake. The problem I have is simple every day products you would want e-bike accessories, camping gear, (which I did find but not under camping), pickle ball products are no where to be found. I was going to switch to a different dropshipper but the reviews of all of them are so nightmarish , it just as well to stay. With the Chinese New Year upon us and shipping stopped out of the warehouse until February 12th, that is a store killer in the making. Perhaps Zendrop needs a way to fulfill more in the US to make situations like this less likely to happen.

I'm new to the whole dropshipping scene. Zendrop has done a great job getting me up and running. One critique... Be clear to explain the different warehouses that the product is in. This is important because if you put your products on TikTok, they absolutely do not like products being shipped outside the U.S. So I would make sure to only add products from the Zendrop US warehouse. There customer service is great and they have helped a lot. Thanks Zendrop!

12/29/24 Update: Khubaib helped me today and he was very thorough in explaining some things to me. Being fairly new, some situations I didn't know how to deal with and he helped greatly with that. Thanks Khubaib!

So far so good. My only issues with Zendrop are that some products don't come all the variations you'd find on a competitor's site or on AliExpress; and at times they can be a little too pricey to get high profit margins, so you might have to either move onto another product or compromise.

It would be nice if on the Review & Publish section, I could edit the Variant Option names like Color, Size, add Compare At prices to each product variant, and upload my own images.

Oh, and if you're looking to request a product via AliExpress link, just to be aware, they do say no a lot. But other than that my experience with Zendrop so far has been great!

Update: Got my first order but it took about a week for it to get processed and shipped out. Customer service was very helpful. They went out of their way to update me on my order status and answered all my questions, and now it has been officially shipped.

One star off for the processing time taking so long but one star back on for their support team's excellent service.

Harvey from customer support has been very helpful today in helping to solve an issue that has been frustrating me for weeks now. I was running around in circles before with other suggestions and agents but Harvey came to the rescue. Besides that, so far Zendrop has been user friendly.
