I worked very hard for months to set up my shopify store and connected all the products I wanted to sell from Zendrop. My first order the item was out of stock. I was notified it was out of stock AFTER the order was placed then immediately received another email stating that the price went up. So I had to refund my first order. (that costs me money) My second order I placed personally and one out of the three items I ordered was out of stock and never received a notification what's so ever. I go back to Zendrop to check products and sure enough all of a sudden they say out of stock. Then I replace it with a different item just to go through the same thing when that item was in their catalog and then an hour later there was an order for that item and oh it's out of stock. This company sucks. I have now shut down my store and will have to find another supplier because Zendrop can't prove to me what inventory they have and what they don't. I also get messages saying they can not ship to this country. I am in the US and only selling to the US. This should not be an issue. Now their help is useless. It is an AI bot and until you tell it to contact a rep you just need to go through all the help files. When you do they say inventory changes minute to minute, then when you ask for help the bot tells you " Implement or enhance notification systems to alert both the business and the customers when items are close to being out of stock or completely out. Many ecommerce platforms offer plugins or built-in features for this purpose." Well Zendrop why am I not being notified when items go out of stock. I think i have received three notices of items I had on my store that either the price changed or the item was just no longer available before I turned on my store. Once I turned my store on I got nothing. This is not a way to do business. Now I have to go find multiple suppliers for my products and purchase inventory. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had starting a business. Don't believe the gurus when they say drop shipping is the way to go that is a bunch of BS. Don't use this company they are horrible. As soon as I can fix my inventory and product issues. I will be asking for a full refund, which I doubt I will get. I just can't believe that people put up with this. Read the 5 star reviews and the first few I read both said my first order the item was out of stock but yet they still gave them a 5 star review because some help desk guy told them what was already in the help desk files. Don't get me wrong I get things go out of stock but so far 2/3 of items ordered through my store are out of stock and I go no notification. That just seems wrong to me.

Zendrop broke everything we built
We trusted them with a fast-growing store, gave them serious volume, and even paid for their premium plan thinking this would be a long-term partnership. But Zendrop failed us at every level.
They increased product prices silently, with no notice, forcing us to rebuild our entire offer. Then, just as we fixed things and launched new campaigns, they let our supplier run out of stock without a single alert or warning. Not a single update. We only found out after spending money on ads and getting flooded with new orders that we could not fulfill.
Support? Absolutely useless. Same generic replies every time. They said they were working on it, but nothing happened. Our team kept following up, while Zendrop quietly closed tickets without solving anything. This is not support, this is abandonment.
We were prepared to scale hard. Our campaigns were running, everything was optimized, and the business was growing daily. Zendrop stopped it all. They delayed us for weeks, killed customer trust, and left us with refund messes and bad reviews to clean up.
Zendrop is not built for serious sellers. Their backend is broken, their systems are unreliable, and their agents are not trained to handle real volume or urgency. We came in ready to build a big brand. Now we are walking away with lessons, losses, and a promise to warn every serious seller do not rely on Zendrop.

I had a terrible experience with Zendrop. First of all, their shipping took about a month for my test product to reach me. Then, one of my customers has been waiting almost 2 whole months for her products to arrive, and they still haven’t! Not only that, but zendrop ai is horrible. If you need any customer support, you have to claw and dig around to find any help whatsoever. Finally, though they have many products on their site, many of the more popular products that are selling are not available, or are entirely too expensive to dropship with. Overall, would not recommend.

I've found this company almost impossible to work with effectively. If there are too many variations I can't import them into Shopify, and the alternative is so time consuming. You would think Zendrop could create a simple download CSV file for easy manipulation and management of imports.
I've run into a ton of technical glitches where things don't work like they are supposed to. I added products that were supposedly fulfilled by Zendrop to my shop, but when it's time to fulfill the orders I'm told I have to link the product, but the link product button doesn't work.
I've tried several ways to get help, but it's all AI bots now and all I get are instructions given in the chatbot but there is no way to talk to a live person. Also, the instructions I was given with the "self help" article didn't work. But again, no way to actually talk to someone.
The only way I can talk to a real person and that is if there is really a person on the other end is through email, so even though I have orders I need fulfilled there is no way to fulfill them and there is no one I can talk to about fulfilling them.
If Zendrop is a real company, they need to keep real people available to answer questions when we need them answered.
I had such high hopes, but with so many issues, and no support, I'll have to find another dropshipper who actually feels the need to take care of their customers when help is needed.

I've had a consistently disappointing experience with Zendrop to date. The customer service is poor, and the fulfilment standards are well below expectations. Multiple customer orders have needed to be refunded due to inconsistencies in product quality and colour. What’s not made clear upfront is that a single order may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers, leading to mismatched items arriving with the customer.
In cases where only part of the order is incorrect, Zendrop will only refund the item that is wrong—even though the entire order has to be refunded to the customer, as it no longer meets their expectations. This leaves the seller to absorb the full cost of refunds, lost ad spend, and a damaged customer relationship.
The support team is extremely limited—I’ve spoken to the same few agents repeatedly—and unfortunately, they’ve offered little resolution or accountability. They do not have a complaints process so you are stuck in a loop of tickets and chats. Even worse, some customers received items made from materials that didn’t match the product listing, suggesting there’s no quality assurance process in place. (was supposed to be memory foam as listed, item arrived with cotton filling and I was told thats ok as it was "memory cotton" wtf)
Overall, the platform lacks transparency, reliability, and proper support. I would strongly recommend working directly with vetted AliExpress suppliers instead to avoid the added fees, poor communication, and lack of quality control that has come to define my experience with Zendrop. AVOID

it integrates with the shopify really easy. I can't complain about that. however, I installed this app into my store and added products. then i went to purchase something from my store to make sure everything worked and to see how long it would take to get the products. well, the purchase went through smoothly... but, I never recieved the products and I haven't been able to contact anyone to fix the issues. the supplier is a scam. they sent a tracking number for my order.... it has been 3 weeks since the order and the tracking number is continually updating with a non-existent route. (there is no shipment)... this happens a lot when you order products off facebook. it is just a scam.

Terrible service, careless choice of suppliers, product photos don’t match reality, support replies with canned responses, and they refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Processing takes about a week, not 1–3 days, and shipping takes about a month, not 14 days as they claim. Lost around $4,000 because of them

Extremely Disappointed with Zendrop's Decline in Service
I’ve been using Zendrop for a while and used to be satisfied with their customer service—but this recent experience has been beyond frustrating.
My client received a damaged item, so I contacted Zendrop on April 10th requesting a replacement and included clear photos of the damage. Brenda Sorongclo responded and asked for the photos again on the 11th, which I resent. Then… silence.
On April 14th, Brenda messaged me asking if I needed anything else—as if I hadn’t already requested a replacement. I replied that I was waiting for her to confirm the replacement. Finally, six days after the original request, I get a message saying they can only replace part of the product. And if I wanted the full item replaced, I’d need to ask my client for a video.
What? A video, six days later? It’s my brand on the line, not Zendrop’s. This delay and confusion made me look completely unprofessional to my customer. I ended up refunding my client out of my own pocket just to resolve it.
And then—only after I told Zendrop not to bother with a replacement—they suddenly offered me a refund. Why couldn’t that have been done in the first place?
Unfortunately, I’ll be moving away from Zendrop. They used to offer reliable service, but this experience has shown a huge drop in quality and accountability. I can't risk my business reputation on inconsistent support

Worst one to deal with, they changed the pricing amid of getting orders. Good luck, fulfilling your orders as they will bill you on monthly basis just to fullfill them, which they never did in the past.

Honestly not worth the risk, seems there is no way to get in contact with support. Everything I have looked up tells me to go through the 'AI-chatbot' on their website, except there isn't even an option for that...
I have 0 products on my site and currently being charged $70.
