I had trouble getting my reviews to show on my website, and I reached out to customer support. Vien reached out and was able to resolved the issue quickly, and right before my brand relauch! I was very pleased with the result and how fast I recieved an answer.

Amazing customer service support from Ruzsel, J today!! We always wanted to be able to feature reviews on both our regularly priced and sale priced SKU. John helped me through the super easy steps. Was very patient and was able to make sense of all my questions.

At first, we were having issues with the syndication of our reviews, and the process was moving quite slowly. Doner P from Yotpo Product Reviews took the time to look into what was causing the delay and made sure to speed things up by re-running the backfill process and ensuring everything was properly set up. He was very helpful and communicative :)

I recently reached out to Yotpo’s customer support with a rather intricate challenge. We operate multiple storefronts selling the same product and I needed to consolidate our reviews and product listings across all of them. From the moment I submitted my ticket, Ruzsel John Nabong was incredibly responsive.

Within minutes, Ruzsel had scheduled a quick call to walk through our setup. He took the time to understand our unique store configurations and the way each review site was currently linked. On the call he guided me step by step, showing exactly how to map product IDs across platforms and enabling a single, unified review feed for all our stores.

Thanks to Ruzsel’s proactive approach and technical expertise what I expected to be a multi day integration headache was solved in under an hour. He even followed up afterward with clear documentation and a couple of extra tips on optimizing review display widgets. If you’re looking for customer support that combines deep product knowledge with genuine care for your success you can’t go wrong with Yotpo, especially with Ruzsel on your side!

Great customer support!

We've had some minor issues and queries with Yotpo since we started using it, and whenever something comes up - the team has been really fast at replying and guiding us through fixing things.

Have been using Yotpo with another Store for years and was great. Migrating to Shopify now and had an issue with accounts linking. Spoke with Jeorge Veri of Yotpo support and he corrected the issue immediately. You could say I am 'Veri' happy with the response I received.
