Judge.me Product Reviews App

The app works well and I'm happy with it. I had an issue with it that I wanted to resolve and the support team were amazing. They reached out proactively by email, following an online help chat, and then worked with me to find a solution. I wish every support team was a good as this one. Thank you to Rodrigo to reaching out and to Abderrahim for finding a solution.

The app itself is great, easy to set up and use, lots of widget options, customization, etc., but I really wanted to praise their customer service.

I just switched to a new theme and had an issue causing the review carousel to not display properly on mobile. I can't code, so I asked all the AI tools I could think of for a solution, they each gave me different bits of code, but in the end nothing worked.

I opened a chat with their customer service, and within 10 seconds I was talking with Brian, who spent probably 20+ minutes working on the issue and adjusting things based on my requests.

He eventually sorted everything out and made the widget look exactly like it used to look on my previous theme, all while being super friendly, which made it even better.

Worth 10x the small monthly fee I pay for the extra features, thank you Brian!

I really love how easy this is to use and how many features are built into the free tier. It's a really great tool for gathering reviews automatically and it works well. I wish there were more ways to fit the style of the template more closely but it works fine as-is.
