Great app review app, one of the most cost effective out there. Also syncs reviews across multiple stores if they share the same SKU or barcode.

After trying and looking at many apps, I found this one that offers you the most on a free plan and is cost-effective for the pro plan, too! highly recommended, I use this on two different stores that I manage

Simply the best - in terms of support and features - that isn't bloatware. It's not intrusive or annoying for my customers, so easy to leave reviews. I just love this program and have had it for quite a while!! Thank you guys!

Upgraded to the Awesome plan and have been continiously impressed. There was a small issue with a widget conflicting with our themes animation on scrolls so I reached out to the app for help. Within minutes Chris from Judge.Me had fixed the issue. These guys have great customer service too. We have just finished integrating our Google Business reviews to our website, which has doubled our website reviews. Great for small businesses to incorporate their reviews into the one space and showcase themselves. Highly recommend. And thanks again to Chris for the outstanding service!

The app has good default options to use, as well as the possibility to customize for your needs.

I was previously using an other service and had to find a replacement because of the poor customer service experience. I decided to try judge.me and had to contact their customer service twice for minor fixes related to my theme integration and they were absolutely brilliant, very helpful and fast to respond.

Awesome support, its a great app and every time I've had an issue I've been able to get onto someone straight away and they are great to deal with. I've even had some support staff help me with issues that turned out not to be even related to the app but elsewhere on the store!

Great app. Great customer service. Ron was a huge help - responded late on a Sunday night to my questions. Even customized a template for me and adjust the colors of my widget to better match with my website aesthetic.

My experience with Judge.me and today esp with Andrew has been more than exceptional in terms of customer care and support. When I started, with navigating my reviews and how to or where to place them, Andrew went over and beyond with helping me each step of the way, with immense patience. He worked alongside me and created a dedicated reviews page for my store, and customized it to my stores' branding palette. It feels unified knowing that his suggestion keeps my product pages and home pages clear and uncluttered, because reviews have a special home on my store.

The level of care and patience to work alongside me and go through each query in a methodical fashion is excellent and I love this app, and very grateful to Andrew for giving me clarity today. My store feels more Put together today.
