Judge.me Product Reviews App

The app itself is great, easy to set up and use, lots of widget options, customization, etc., but I really wanted to praise their customer service.

I just switched to a new theme and had an issue causing the review carousel to not display properly on mobile. I can't code, so I asked all the AI tools I could think of for a solution, they each gave me different bits of code, but in the end nothing worked.

I opened a chat with their customer service, and within 10 seconds I was talking with Brian, who spent probably 20+ minutes working on the issue and adjusting things based on my requests.

He eventually sorted everything out and made the widget look exactly like it used to look on my previous theme, all while being super friendly, which made it even better.

Worth 10x the small monthly fee I pay for the extra features, thank you Brian!

And again, the app is great, get it.

The app works well and I'm happy with it. I had an issue with it that I wanted to resolve and the support team were amazing. They reached out proactively by email, following an online help chat, and then worked with me to find a solution. I wish every support team was a good as this one. I really love how easy this is to use and how many features are built into the free tier. It's a really great tool for gathering reviews automatically and it works well. I wish there were more ways to fit the style of the template more closely but it works fine as-is.

For reviews collection, this app offer multiple options for that. Easy to navigate through customers rarely have any problem using it. Also offers integrations with most apps. Highly recommend.

The app is perfect for reviews and very easy to use! I would recommend upgrading to the paid app as it allows for more customisation for your reviews on your website. Customer service is perfect as well, very quick to help and very helpful. Great little app to show off your reviews!

I am very impressed with the 'judge.me' app on Shopify. I am able to customize the review email that is sent to customers and see the ratings on my Product pages. I added a discount for customers to use on their next order to the review request email that is automatically sent. I also wanted to send an email to customers that received emails previously but did not provide a review. I was able to use the 'chat' help provided and the person 'Brian' was an amazing help. It was not just a robot, but an actual person. He provided urls to articles, provided advice on what I could do to make improvements. His help alone makes me appreciate the app even more!!
