First of all the customer care and service is excellent. Full set up support. The actual features are always being expanded. What’s app comms for our customers is brilliant and the ability to sell extra to our customers is excellent. So much better than email and NOT EXPENSIVE. Very easy to use. Expensive and complicated to use.

1. It will ask you to register another WhatsApp Number
2. Automated messages are sent by meta and meta has a small price per automated messages aside form the monthly subscription

You should not trust them. I took their subscription for 1 year and after that I loaded 900 dollars for marketing on their website. I did not use it even for a day. Now they have stolen all my dollars and they have not left a single dollar in my account. They are complete fraudsters and scammers. I have all the proof. Do not trust them.

They still my phone number. After years using my phone number, I needed to loose and cancel due to unable to use whatsapp again (personal or business). I have been calling the company with no answer. The comapany states that they realease my phone number, but it is not true.

- Exceptional customer service, they respond immediately over chat and queries are handled by trained professionals
