I’ve been using the Care Cart app to set up abandoned cart recovery emails, and I must say — the experience has been excellent so far. What really stood out to me was the support from Alice. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the setup process. Her guidance made everything smooth and hassle-free.

I was testing the app to use but it will not work for us. We can't translate 100% of the email(s).
There was an abandoned cart with an email address but the app didn't send the recovery email also.

4 days and still no progress. Also they are activating the app without info and people receive emails in different language.

I've had this app on my Shopify site for a couple years now and I upgraded my Shopify theme and needed some assistance. Kate and Ross were both so helpful, I had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Thanks for a great experience!

I converted 3 emails out of 3000. Never had an email campaign perform so poorly. The design is disgusting on this app. No way to implement direct discount on 'return to cart'
